There will be a special emphasis on helping you to do the poses correctly and how to use props to support your practice.

Taking this class will help you feel confident that you’re doing the right thing, in the right way, at the right time. Get some extra attention, progress your practice safely and learn how to make it feel easy (or at least not so hard!).

The slightly slower pace will also help you to build strength and stamina while being mindful of maintaining good posture throughout the whole class.
