Our Hot Yoga Room is heated to approximately 35+ degrees. Our Hot Yoga Classes are 1 hour long as opposed to a Bikram Yoga class which is 90 minutes long.

What to Expect at a YogaHub Hot Yoga Class?
A flowing dynamic style class incorporating the key standing, twisting, core and strength building postures. The room is heated to approximately 35 degrees which helps improve flexibility, weight loss, strength, conditioning and balance. What to Wear/Bring?
Water is essential, at least one towel and wear loose fitting clothes taking into regard the room is heated so dress accordingly.
