Suitable for All Levels from total Beginners upwards
You can expect a well-rounded yoga class incorporating postures for opening the hips and relieving neck and shoulder tension. The postures are presented slowly and carefully to teach correct alignment and foundation. Teachers will provide hands-on-assist and modifications/variations of the postures where needed. Students will be introduced to a full spectrum yoga class including standing, supine, seated, forward bends and back bends. Breathing techniques are introduced to help with grounding and relaxation.
