What to Expect at a Flow Class
You can expect to build strength and focus in safe, fun and challenging classes that flow through interesting sequences of Asanas (Postures) to keep the mind alert and your body supple. The key principle’s of core integration, stabilisation and postural strengthening are explored and utilised in this class.

Flow 2 classes are more challenging and for those with a regular practice.
