Hot Yin Yoga embodies all the benefits of Yin but in a heated studio.
Hot Yin Yoga is a slower paced practice. Students will be guided through long-held deep stretches, often with use of props. Great for those looking to improve joint mobility and flexibility. Room is heated to 37 degrees. Not recommend for pregnant or high blood pressure. Suitable for beginners up.
