What is Hot Yoga?

A slower flow with longer held postures practiced in a hot room with an emphasis on alignment. A challenging class that will make you sweat!

Our Hot Yoga classes are not Bikram based, however they are held in the same heat level.

Please note: Not suitable for pregnancy or high blood pressure.

What to Wear/Bring?

Water and a mat towel are essential. The room is heated so a change of clothes for after is recommended.
