Guest Teachers and Educators: Joseph Devlin (more tbc)Our 300-hour curriculum is designed to deepen and enrich a student’s experience of Yoga practice and teaching. The wisdom of this YTT builds on the foundation that you received from your 200 hour YTT.
You will develop advanced knowledge in asana, anatomy, pranayama, meditation and the psychology of Yoga.
This comprehensive advanced training will give graduates a substantial leg up in a profession that is becoming increasingly selective.
January 31-February 2
February 28-March 1
Friday evening sessions will run from 6pm to 9pm and will focus on Michael Stone Teachings’s online course ‘The Psychology of Yoga’ and Mindfulness.
This will be facilitated by your lead teacher on this course and one of Michael’s students Guylaine Williams.
Sample Saturday and Sunday Schedule:
9:00am Meditation, Mantra & Pranayama/Asana class
10:30am Philosophy studies
12:45pm Practical Sessions on Teaching skills, Anatomy and Asana, Restorative Yoga, and more
5:00pm Advanced Pranayama practice
5:30pm Meditation, Chanting, Mantra
6:30pm Close for the day
