I didn’t have any set expectations, I just came with an open mind and it was absolutely amazing!


The most surprising part of the course for me was being exposed to different forms of yoga asana and meditation I didn’t know existed and the emotions that these practices can envoke.


I enjoyed spending time with like-minded people. I enjoyed deepening my practice and feeling stronger both physically and emotionally. The most helpful element was having a variety of teachers on the course with different perspectives

Thank you! This has been a truly amazing experience! All the times we were able to spend doing group work and partner poses was very helpful in learning how to cue and adjust. The teachers are amazing and each has their own individual and differing perspectives and teaching style which has been so helpful to see and experience. I feel confidence in my ability to go out and actually teach and I have learned and grown so much in just four weeks!


I loved the variation of topics discussed from ‘What is Happiness’ to the in depth analysis of the rotator cuff and everything in between! Getting a basis for the cues was very helpful for establishing a some confidence in leading a group and class.


I enjoyed the physical element of the course but mostly my body awareness. I feel I can help my body to stay healthy and also my mind. Yoga is a kindness to oneself but can also be shared with everyone else regardless of age or physical limitations.


There has been a great attitude from all the students and teachers which gave a really nice atmosphere. Each teacher had their own special areas that provided a broad look at yoga. Moving forward from the training, I am definitely going to try to be more mindful in my actions and increase my own self-practice.
