I'm Completely New. Help?

OK. So you've decided to give Yoga, Pilates or Reformer Pilates a try? Here's a few of the most common questions answered:
  1. Do I need to bring my own mat? You can bring your own mat or rent for €1 if it is not included in your class pass unless it clearly states it at time of purchase.
  2. Do you have changing rooms with showers? Yes.
  3. I'm not that flexible would be putting it lightly. Is Yoga for me? Yes. It couldn't be more suitable.
  4. What should I wear? Loose fitting clothes. Anything you'd wear working out.
  5. Enjoy!

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS: 
– For yoga classes only, does not include Reformer Pilates. Mat rental is €1 and available at reception.
– Offer will run from Monday 22nd – Friday 26th Only.
– You won’t be able to use this free class pass to book into any other class, it will only be valid for our 7 am classes on the week that this offer is running.
– Doors to the studio will be locked just before class Start time, please arrive at least 10 minutes early. You will not be able to enter if you are late.
– Should you late cancel you will be charged €5.
