Role Description:

- Direct and indirect management of all locations teams.
- Management of HR and personnel matters, including the recruitment process from start to finish, performance reviews, on boarding procedures, training, employee relations, industrial relations, union consultations, etc.
- Proactive management of day-to-day operations and facilities to ensure the smooth running of all services.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team to regularly discuss and review all operational aspects of the service e.g. projects, areas for improvement, troubleshooting, systems and processes, polies and procedures, etc.
- Working closely with the Operations and Roster Coordinator. Oversight of weekly/monthly/quarterly rotas ensuring adequate staff cover for all committed hours of service 24/7.
- Management and review of payroll files prepared by each department before being submitted for payment to ensure all data being submitted is corrected for final payment.
- Financial control. Have an understanding of accounts payable controls and accounts receivable management. Invoice approval for payment as required. Prepare succinct cost analysis reports for proposed projects.
- Dealing with operational, non-clinical patient complaints.
- Administrative reports as required e.g. for the HSE, management team, etc.
- Ensure robust and streamlined systems and processes are in place for each activity undertaken
- Liaise with the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive and Board of Directors as required, and other key stakeholders.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks outside of that described above will be required as the role evolves. The Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive will require the Operations Manager to engage proactively with all relevant projects and activities arising.
- A full clean driving licence and use of a car is an essential requirement for the role.

Applicants must have at least 1 Year's teaching experience in Reformer Pilates and be available to commit to a regular class.
