Originally from Alabama, USA, Amme Poulton is a trailblazer in the global yoga community and one of the original students of Rocket Yoga creator Larry Schultz. With decades of dedicated practice and teaching experience, Amme brought Rocket Yoga to London, becoming the first to share this dynamic and liberating practice in the UK.
Now based in London, Amme continues to inspire students with her deep knowledge, infectious energy, and unapologetically fun approach to teaching. Her classes are empowering, challenging, and full of joy—reflecting her belief that yoga should be both transformative and playful.
We are honoured to be hosting her training and to share space with such an authentic and legendary teacher.
