Everyone know the tiredness, specially now, when the winter is in the corner. Coffee, tea, nothing is helping, here is easy manual, how boost your energy and loose some pound.

The little miracle calls juice cleanse.

I’ve done it, be perfectly honest, it is tough, but the result its just awsome. Your body feel lighter, prettier and you have the great feeling inside you, that you done something for yourself.

Here is few benefits of juice cleanse:

How it works, you can decide to go for one day, three days, or five days. Every day you’ll have five juices, content of each bottle is 0.5l, in total 2.5l of juice one day.
