Our first Guest blogger gives some ideas for January. Thanks Lisa:-) Lisa Quish teaches at the Yoga Hub on Wednesday evenings. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

1. Welcome & embrace not just the New Year but this minute, this hour& this day

2. Climb the Spink in Wicklow (only 380m & 9km)

3. Buy a painting/photograph (as a tribute to Irish Art)

4. Mess around in the kitchen.

5.light a fire and get stuck into a few yoga books! (No point in saving your Christmas vouchers until the Summer)

6.Tune into the wisdom of nature

7. Enjoy the peace of this month, take time to just BE


8. Walk the dog

9. Look at things differently

I started YogaHub out of a room at the back of someone else's house back in 2012 with nothing more than an idea. I'd been teaching Yoga since 2008 and had no intention of opening a Yoga Studio.
