We can't wait to welcome the amazing Carrie Owerko to yogahub this April with a Weekend of Workshops!
Carrie is a senior level certified Iyengar yoga teacher, a certified yoga therapist, and a functional range conditioning mobility specialist. Before studying yoga, she earned a BFA in dance and theatre, graduating from the renowned Neighborhood Playhouse School for Theater in New York City.
In her playful, all-levels workshops, she explores a multidisciplinary approach, blending modern movement science, traditional yoga, somatics and dance. Her inclusive approach encourages students to strengthen their bodies, sharpen their minds and deepen their connection with themselves.
