What is Foundations?
Foundations classes are designed to steadily build your yoga practice. Fun and challenging, they build stamina and flexibility with a focus on alignment and technique.This class is challenging in the fact that each posture is held longer than in our trademark ‘flow’ offerings. Why? So as to give more time to work on correct form and alignment.
