We recorded this, albeit rushed, the first time Nico Luce visited last year just before I brought him to the airport. I contacted Nico to see if he had an available weekend to travel to Dublin to teach and about 2 weeks later we met for the first time! It was the only weekend he had free for 6 months and we just said ‘Screw it, let’s do it’. At that point I thought this guy is going to suit YogaHub:-)

I started bringing Yoga teachers to Dublin from all over the world for a number of reasons. One was nobody else seemed to be doing it and another was I couldn’t afford to travel overseas to learn so I thought I’d bring them here.

I have met some of the nicest people who I have been lucky enough to connect with and learn from. Each one with their own interpretation of ‘What is Yoga’?’ It’s so subjective. The one thing that carries across each interpretation is that it helps. Simple as! It helps alleviate pain. It helps recovery. It helps stress, anxiety and all sorts of stress related illnesses. It helps community to name just a few ways that it helps.

Watch this video to hear Nico’s interpretation of What is Yoga? And add a comment with your interpretation if you feel like sharing, no matter what it is!

You can find out all about Nico Luce Here or better still he’s back with us at YogaHub in December. Find Out More Here!

Try Yoga. It might be just the thing to Help 😉

I started YogaHub out of a room at the back of someone else's house back in 2012 with nothing more than an idea. I'd been teaching Yoga since 2008 and had no intention of opening a Yoga Studio. I think, like everything I've done, I just decided one day I was going to give it a try. And try I did and if you're reading this I guess I'm still trying.
