1 – Wake up every morning thinking of all the people and things you love in your life.

2 – Journal about ways you want to create and express yourself.

3 – Enjoy a good breakfast–even if it’s just a favourite morning drink or smoothie!

4 – Give yourself time to do tasks at a comfortable pace.

5 – Breathe slowly. Breathe fully. Breathe for your well being.

6 – Smile at people on the street.

7 – Ask the question, “How are you?” with a genuine interest, and listen to the response.

8 – Be open to every day’s little surprises.

9 – Expect great things.

10 – Say “I love you,” often.

11 – Pay attention to what you eat, and eat joyously. Savour every meal.

12 – Teach others about kindness simply by being kind.

13 – Understand that you, Yes, You, are a miracle.

14 – Say “I love you,” to yourself.

15 – Before going to sleep, rest in bed and say Thank You to your whole body for all it does to support you.
