You do Enough

By June 5, 2013March 7th, 2014Teachers, Wellbeing, Yoga

Haven’t been on this Blog in a while. Took some time out for myself after the first Year of all things Yoga Hub. Time to pause, time to reflect, time for me. I hope you manage to do the same in whatever way works for you. I have finally registered for what in the past I thought was unthinkable and now feel that it is the right time and, in fact, I can’t wait. Drumroll – Vippasana. If you’re not familiar with this it is a specific system of Meditation and the process I am about to undertake is 10 Days in total.

I am super interested to see what comes up and really looking forward to a period of total silence.

What has been most interesting over the last little while has been peoples’ reactions to the above once I inform them as to what and for how long it is.

The latest is ‘I think I would drown in a Sea of Anxiety.’ Beautifully put and so relevant to so many and perhaps You? Once we finally come to silence and pause in this never ceasing modern existence with constant streams of input and information what do you imagine would be the first thing to happen? What do you imagine Day 3 or Day 5 would be like? What do you think would come up?

We’ll take this further in the next Blog. Thanks for reading and following the Yoga Hub.
Om,
M

I started YogaHub out of a room at the back of someone else's house back in 2012 with nothing more than an idea. I'd been teaching Yoga since 2008 and had no intention of opening a Yoga Studio. I think, like everything I've done, I just decided one day I was going to give it a try. And try I did and if you're reading this I guess I'm still trying.
