What is Dynamic Flow?
Dynamic Flow at yogahub is a challenging fast-moving workout style of yoga. You’ll move from pose to pose, challenge to challenge, getting deeper and more demanding as the class flows on.
You can expect a sweaty, challenging practice that could explore arm balances or inversions depending on the focus the teacher chooses that day.

Expect to ‘meet your edge’ in this challenging Vinyasa influenced class style. Teachers draw influence from vinyasa styles to include but not exclusive to Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket and Anusara.

Who is it for?

Suits anyone with experience of any movement practice in recent years. If you want a challenging practice that gives you a ‘workout with your work-in’? Expect to get it here.

Brand new to yoga? Get in touch if you’re wondering if this style suits you.

What does Vinyasa mean?

Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasises the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.

What is dynamic yoga good for?

This is a fluid, lively form of movement that is much less static than traditional yoga styles. When attended on a regular basis, benefits can include posture correction, improving breathing technique and can help to maintain healthy internal organs.

Dynamic Flow strengthens and improves flexibility.

Is Dynamic Flow good for beginners?

It depends on your experience of other movement practices and your current level of mobility. For less mobile individuals we would advise trying out some of our other offerings first like ‘chill flow’ or ‘foundations’ first. If you are comfortable moving your body then you can jump right in and take the class at your own pace ALWAYS letting the teacher know if it’s your first time prior to class start.
